Privacy Policy

DeckGaps is a utility that helps you compare what you own vs what you need for your trading card decks. We aim to minimize the data we collect.

What data we process

• On the homepage analyzer: Your pasted or uploaded text stays in your browser. It is stored locally in your device via IndexedDB to persist your inputs between sessions. It is not sent to our servers.
• On collection/deck pages: If you use features backed by our database, we store the minimum necessary information (e.g., card IDs, quantities, and metadata) to provide the feature. We do not sell your data.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights on the web to understand basic usage and performance. In the mobile apps (Capacitor builds), these analytics are disabled to reduce background network activity and improve privacy.

Files and exports

When you export or share lists and reports, the content is generated locally on your device. If you choose to share, the text is passed to your device's native share sheet.

Third parties

Card data may reference public information from Scryfall. Database hosting is provided by Neon. Hosting is provided by Vercel.
